Wrexham AFC is the third oldest club in the World, and Final Whistle is definitely one of the longest-running football podcasts. Started in 2007, The Guardian’s “Football Weekly” and The Times’ “The Game” are the only current podcasts we’ve found that pre-date us: they started in 2006. Final Whistle certainly appears to be the oldest podcast based on a club which is still running.

You can follow Final Whistle on all your favourite podcast apps. Click on the links to the right for Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Soundcloud, and you can also click here to find us on Stitcher, Acast and TuneIn. Please subscribe and write a nice review!

The podcast offers detailed match summaries and analysis after every Wrexham game, as well as other specials on the club’s history, news and audio highlights. This season we’ve started streaming them live on YouTube after games too!
